This autumn is completely different from last year. I was in Paris in October 2018 and it was very unusually warm. It was still nearly 80F (27C) in mid October, and brilliantly sunny. Pretty incredible. This October is much more typical. Cool, cloudy and rainy.

I was planning to go to Paris at the end of June. but unfortunately, I am now under house arrest because of the stupid corona. So this video is very appreciated for pretending myself walking on the street of Paris while actually walking in my living room for exercise. For good health, we have to walk around 10,000 steps each day, right?
It's cold and impersonal, like every other big city on the planet.The building look imposing but it's the people that count. I've been in Paris a few times. Best to go with someone, if not,you may be in for a lonely visit. Parisiens don't exude much warmth or acceptance to outsiders...especially tourists.
