Thank you for posting this great video on what a birth should be and can be. I have been through a planned water birth in a hospital, which turned into an induction and almost c section, and then a transformational planned water birth at home. I truly appreciate your words your slide show. Brought tears to my eyes.
I was watching this as I was watching scenes with Diana and trying to compare. It's hard with the hair, but it's always there if you see the shape of their mouth.
well, she looks like diana berry, only blond. :) great to see what she actually looks like. still see diana in her facial expressions. interesting topic.
I would say the number one consideration is not that the mother is comfortable but that the baby is at the very best advantage to be birthed safely. I had three babies in a birthing center connected to a hospital, and needed a little help two of the three times. Three vaginal births, no meds. I think this option is the best of both worlds.
Great speech. Sure would like to see sometimes stats on kids born with birth problems that cause permanent problems. I know two people who had a baby at home that didn't get the oxygen they needed and wound up with permanent limitations. I don't know if that is a cautionary tale or not.
Glad to see her after many years of being Diana Barry of AOGG. Very lovely and seems she's so nice. I see from her smile the young Diana Barry.

I definitely still see Diana in her mouth/smile. :)
