Rashid Behbudov azerbajxhanas(1915-1989), me kengen "Sene de qalmaz" - Per ty - ne linje me "Ne Shkoder te vish"kenduar nga Rovena Dilo, sjellin perqasjen me te cuditshme ne vije melodike, intonacion,interpretim. Ne menyre te padyshimte s'kemi te bejme me nje rastesi por me nje krijim "Made in Azerbajxhan".
Rashid Behbudov eshte nje kengetar i madh, qe ka dhene koncerte ne shume vende te botes, Nje teater ne Azerbajxhan mban emrin e tij.
