Why do you stress about being able to eat something?
Preferences, being veggie or vegan, disorders.... oatmeal is clearly a safe food
She can’t have gluten, so it’s easier to plan ahead and pack something
She has an eating disorder and has only a handful of “safe” foods she allows herself to eat .
