Good thing they came from hood river, cause if they didn't know about Silent Rock on the highway 26 side to portland they'd jinx their day or whole trip! And go Ducks.
Mt Hood powder is an oxymoron. And Meadows is nothing but a pool-drop ski area. There are no decent steep, continuous fall line runs, and it’s too expensive to boot.
The way he described that drive up the mountain was perfect, especially that snow line feel.
I live near Portland Oregon and I love videos like this that capture the pure beauty of the area.
