I love it and want a part 2 with the FL and the 9th Prince. I feel that we need to see the ex-husband and the Mother I'm law suffer in the part 2 and we want the effort in how the 9th prince prepares for their dowry and wedding. We want a part 2 please!!!
It's a muddled up plot. Opening scene had the ML rushing in with a woman in his arms and shoving his wife aside. Then follow up with divorce letter and kicking her out. Just as she left, he rejected the advances of the woman he brought back. What a jerk. Now he saw the woman he divorced doing better than he expected, he suddenly finds that the ex wife is his most valued woman!!?? Really!! How shallow!!!
*_A nice short drama, of a doctor, who refuses his wife but after she leaves him, he realises her value..And BONUS: the fL doesn't go back but falls in love with the 2ML, who is handsome and kind..A Happy Ending, Watch it definitely_* 🤩😍🥰💯💖💞✌👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍
This is a nice short “Hidden Identity” costume production with decent actors and a simple storyline. I loved this strong/adamant/kind-hearted FL but I can’t say I liked the oblivious/arrogant/weak ML. On the other hand, I loved the kind/supportive 2ML. Well, this is actually a nice watch. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! In ancient times FL has been married to a man (ML) who doesn’t love her for 3 years. She has been working hard serving him and his family, often with no thanks - or even being beaten by her mother-in-law. One day her husband returns with a sick woman (2FL) whom he treats with great care. Soon she is handed a divorce agreement. It turns out that he never loved FL. So FL accepts and leaves the house. What her now ex-husband doesn’t know is that FL is a miracle doctor and rather wealthy. She has secretly been helping her husband with his career and enhancing his business. But now the marriage is broken so FL decides to cut all ties with him. A task that proves difficult as her ex-husband keeps turning up and doesn’t seem to appreciate the male subordinate (2ML) FL works with. Well, this has a satisfying, happy ending.
Okay I seriously need somebody to answer this question..... For alimony he gave her 300 teals of silver at the beginning so I started to wonder is that really a slap in the face for a woman in this time period. They were together for 3 years and she worked like a dog taking care of this family... She cooked, cleaned, did all the laundry. Now I'm setting pride aside to ask if the money was paid to her as a salary for 3 years of hard work would that be a lot of money for this day and age that they are in. Now according to Google every teal is roughly an ounce of silver and as of February 2024 50 g of silver equals 254 US dollars. 50 g is just under 2 oz... So I divided 254 by half and got 127. I thin multiplied 127 by 300 to get just over 38,000 US dollars. In today's economy 38,000 for 3 years of hard labor I don't know if that's appropriate but I feel that in the time period of this video it would actually be quite a lot of money. So dear reader if you have made it this far....am I wrong or am I right? Is this a lot of money for someone who did hard labor or would this be considered a slap in the face no matter who it is. Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to read my ramblings and answer my question. ❤
ooh. Interesting question! So I took a different tack. What dynasty do you think this show is set in? I'm guessing Ming Dynasty. Wikipedia suggests a tael in Ming dynasty was the equivalent of 660 yuan RMB ($92 but let's round to $100) so 300 taels ~ $30,000. [I'm a nerd, so I like that we calculated different ways but ended up in the same ballpark.] Liu (2024) in journal of Explorations of Economic History has a table of wages from the 1600s. An "interior laborer" is shown at 0.045 taels a day (so let's round to say 15 taels a year, since some wages were on top of room and board). In another part of the article Liu mentions that an engraver might earn 1 tael a day (so let's say 300 a year). Wikipedia says merchants at the time were trading in millions of taels. So my best read is that he paid her basically minimum wage, which she found insulting given his status and wealth (and hers). I hope someone answers with more authoritative sources, but thanks for the excuse to geek out over this!
@@vogonpoet42 OMG Thank you for your answer.... Omg you really did some research AND I LOVE IT! It does seem that 300 wouldn't be that big of a deal but it really is insulting because SHE WAS HIS WIFE! 😂 After I posed the question I really had a long though about how insulting it would be to have your husband roll up and just reduce your marriage to a little bit of money. Thank you so much for answering. I really don't know much about history outside of the US and it's so much fun to learn something new. ❤️
Thanks so much for the researched info. Great sleuthing. At the end of the day her love, toil, time, and diligence are priceless. He could have given her a kingdom and it would still pale compared to her companionship. I've seen happily married poor people with nothing but each other and miserable rich people who'd rather kill each other even though they have everything. Having the right companion in life is worthwhile. Just my opinion.
@wiccabewitch Thank you. It's just my opinion, but I believe relationships are like Einstein's theory of relativity. A life lived with the right partner feels like a second, even if you've been together for 100 years, but a life lived with the wrong partner, even for a day, can feel like an eternity. Choose wisely.
She didn't go back!!! I am satisfied!

Me too. I hope this goes viral!

Yep, he's a Shallow Hal, but not a happy ending for him. Good!
At last this drama is different from the usual Fl going back to abusive ml, this time she didn’t go back to him
I love that she doesn’t take him back. The new guy is so much better to her ❤❤❤

Title of Drama please ❤
The 9th prince is so handsome and a perfect scholarly gentleman.
I have seen same couple similar drama but she was a princess not a docter❤❤❤❤
Short n sweet ❤❤❤
I've never seen such a stressed ML 😅 he doesn't even dare touch his nose afraid to miss up the makeup
Short (a little unclear in places, but again short), but she stands firm about not going back to her ex and follows through with it!
..thank nice story...

DIRETORES COM 🧠 FIZERAM UM FINAL ONDE ELA NÃO O PERDOA ESSE CANALHA 👏👏 POR MAIS FINAIS ASSIM !!
She didn't go back in 🎉
