Holy Guacamole, it's that time again, it's rewind time! Good to see you in my feed again dude! I completely forgot about Axelay, I've wanted that one for a long time. We need more videos like this where you just chat to the camera about random games and pickups, heck I wouldn't even mind a 30 minute breakdown of the chibi Miles Edgeworth sitting on the shelf.
Hey man! Yeah, I've had a really hard time motivating myself to do any YT videos the past year or so, but I enjoy making these, even if it's just for myself and a handful of friends, haha. Axelay is such an awesome game and the SFC version just looks so damn cool and is totally worth picking up. It's one of the rare occurrences where the Western box art is ridiculously good too! Thanks for watching man, and thanks again for the Saturn Castlevania!!
@@RewindArcadeEX Hey if you find another copy for ebay, shoot me a message! Happy to hear you're enjoying Saturn SOTN, I really like that version, lots of cool additions. Really like the running shoes, makes the inverted castle much speedier. My annual New Years Eve SOTN playthrough is coming up, might play the Saturn one again.
It seems as though I am the 6th person watching! REWIND ARCADE ON REVIEW!!! Salamander’s cartridge is super neat and unique (in a library of games who have the best cartridges)! It was one of my “this is cool” purchases when I binged JP games a while ago 😭 I have seen more JP Game Gear boxes than NTSC boxes The first Animal Crossing’s release history is so bizarre The Castlevania FDS trilogy is sick! I just sold my NES carts, but I’d definitely get their original FDS releases Hey, we talked about #2! Happy holidays!!! Thanks for keeping me company on my commute!
Haha, thanks for watching man! Yeah, I'm really surprised Konami didn't make more cartridges like the Salamander one. I have to wonder if it was a cost thing, though they did make some "oversized" Famicom cartridges in the early 90s. Animal Crossing history is really crazy and the original concept seems far more generic which is interesting! The Castlevania FDS games so damn cool, especially with the saving functionality. Happy holidays my friend, hope all is well with you!
Nice assortment of games! Some of my collection favorites you showed are the Castlevania trilogy and Salamander. And some you showed that make me jealous are Gun-Nac and Axelay. 😀
Thank you! I finished Akumajou Dracula on the actual disk for the first time (could never beat it as a kid) and that kind of spun into collecting the rest of the trilogy, haha! The Axelay I actually ended up with the box randomly and picked up the cartridge and manual separately which made it far more affordable. Gun-Nac, however, was still very expensive. 🤣 Thanks so much for watching!
Some great pick-ups 👏👏 I’ve been meaning to add a few of those to my own collection (mainly Salamander and Gun-Nac). I tried out the WS Rockman & Forte not too long ago and it is indeed pretty bad … almost fascinatingly so. I haven’t played it quite long enough to decide if it’s worse than Mega Man II (GB) or Mega Man (GG).
Thanks man! Salamander is still pretty affordable thankfully, but I’m sure you’re aware of how pricey Gun-Nac is, haha. And yeah, Rockman & Forte feels so poorly designed and unplayable that I can’t believe it got the thumbs up for release. I have to imagine Capcom wasn’t thrilled to have it out there. Feels kind of like a Hotel Mario situation. 😂😂😂
I’m one of those 5 people watching!!😊
Thanks man haha! 🤣
