At high schools and universities. Are both parents also secret Antifa recruiters? Did they sacrifice their son for "their higher moral ground"? That son was still visiting high school (age 20, such a smh) and was a bad shooter (not allowed in the high school shooting club), but exercised together with the 'security' team that was working at the J13 rally. I see no valid excuse for what his son did. @@retroguy9494 No, because gun ownership, especially of that kind of gun, is normal. Plus the father legally sold his son the gun that was used in the shooting. It wasn't his anymore.

Sorry for the family. They contacted the police. Let's put the blame where it belongs this kid could have been stopped if Secret Service were doing their job 😡

The shooter was a republican and it was an open carry rally. Secret service did a great job considering the circumstances. But if you want to take your argument to its logical conclusion, why don’t we strip Trump of all SS protection?
Well, that is the first time I hear a far-left Democrat saying this. Republicans are already locked up for way less. What about the Jan 6 hostages kept in jail for over 3.5 years w/out any due process? Do I hear you cry about that? Why are far-left Democrats always having a two-tiers system: one for themselves, and one for their political rivals. This was an assassination attempt like we see all over the world by social democrats on their political rivals, history is showing that too. And now you are crying because the parents (both counselors, and he, the 20 yrs old kid still at high school and living at his parents) are blamed for their radicalized son that just shot a president? Come on, how radicalized are you? How gaslighted are you to say that?
I don't like that he's not talking and called the police afraid for his son missing but it seems like he knows something, but give them space, you wouldn't want cameras in your face if your son killed someone and tried to kill president Trump now. He lost his son and only one, there grieving over it all and wondering how or why and being questioned by FBI for few days straight. The news just needs to wait until it's time, then offer them money for an interview and don't call this the father speaks out for the 1st time, no comments isn't speaking out, the sister sounds very angry, if my family and the media did this to my family, I'd say yup your going to replacing lots of tires but just the valve stem taking out so it loses air, don't need to take out all the way. Put caps on loose and tires be flat in hour. I'm not one to do that to anyone, I was thought not to do anything to others you don't want done to you. The media lives off of people's worst time's in there lives and take pictures of it that loved ones can't get away from it just like RUclips should pull down videos of police carrying out Cory from the Trump rally, a Dr was working on him, they cared to get him out of their after the shooter was down. I want everyone to remember, the shooters parent(s) called local police 5 hours before the rally to let them know they were looking for their son and a missing AR15. So far, they are not culpable for this. I feel bad for them, all the rude intrusions when they are in shock and mourning.
Why did they give him access to an AR15 in the first place. If they are mental health counselors, they had to see some signs of his being troubled, or they would not have called the police. Good, bad, or indifferent, he was their son. They need time and space to process this. He was 20 years old and as an adult he did not have to share his feelings or plans with his parents. In some cases the parents are the last to know what is going on with their adult children.
Let's not forget that these people are victims of the Secret Service's (or whomever's) incompetence, too. Exactly! Two tiers system in full operation here. Selective outrage. Thomas still lived at home (never elft home and become independent, and accountable for his live), his parents were both counselors. A lot of counselors are Antifa recruiters (see James O'Keefe). And they, the parents, facilitated Thomas to make explosives and hide that at their home. And they facilitated heir white van and AR-15. They gaslighted him and facilitated everything to him. Or was it pure children endangerment they did? Thomas looked and was identified as Antifa. And he had contact with he DC FBI for over 2 years. And he trained with the DHS HSI team that was there that day, in the shooting center. They thought he was one of their team? Just wondering no recent pic of Thomas was showed in MSM, did he look too much as an Antifa guy (like witnesses already told, like security stopped him coming in because he looked like Antifa)? What about his anti-Trump Gab account? And what about his donation to BlueAct on Biden's inauguration day? Baron Trump got attacked by the very hostile MSM at age 14! Disrespectful? You mean they radicalized their son. Normally, if the kids is still living at home and had a good try in assassinating the president (and killed 1 and severely injured 2), then the parents also would have been locked up till further instructions, normally more information are known. No matter what side you're on, you have to feel bad for the family. That Dad just lost his son...leave the man alone!
I agree!
I don't feel sorry for them. The parents of another young shooter were just found guilty for allowing their son access to a gun. They are now in prison.
Since when does a 20-year-old go missing isn’t it 24 hours before you can file a missing person’s report something up here
@@deeandrews7051 How do you know they "gave" him access to an AR-15? And even if they had been (or were) aware of signs of mental disturbance, he was of age and there would have been little or nothing they could do about it. Let's not forget that these people are victims of the Secret Service's (or whomever's) incompetence, too. If their son had been properly detained, he would be getting the mental health treatment he so clearly needed (while awaiting trial) and they would still be parents, and wouldn't have to deal with ghouls like this.

There is a reason they called the police hours before the shooting with concerns about their son.
What was the reason they called the police ? If they called before the shooting…. And they knowingly allowed access to the rifle that was owned by the father ? Or did they call after the shooting ?? News reporting have reported it differently, was it before or after the shooting ? Local PD should release the call made by the father.
@rileypup9971 it was reported the dad saw the gun missing and his son wasn't home. He called the cops. This is before the shooting.
