Hey man how are you getting these low cpu temps? Is it just a good cooler or are there any adjustments to lower temps

same cpu but im getting a 16gb 4060ti. How do you think it will perform
If you look at his overlay u can see his 3090 is only like 50% utilized so going lower in the gpu department shouldnt do much to the performance. Youll probably see an 80% usage on a 4060ti on 1080p performance mode settings in this game.
