After we signed documents at budget desk in bologna airport, we went to pick up the car from car parking area. When we checked documents were sent by e-mail, we didnt see any pointed damages on the car. And noone told us to check the car whether there is any damage, but we checked and found 5 damages around the car and we sent by e-mail. Today, we came to airport to delivery car back. There was a young car who was receiving car back. We checked 5 damaged points on the car together with him. But he's shown us a very small damage on the right front wheel. Its around 2 cm. And its location was not easy to see. Its was impossible to see it during picking the car because we picked up the car in a dark and closed place. Its located down side of right wheel. Its very very small damage. Maybe just 2 cm. And he said to us that they will charge 180 euro. And they asked me to sign a paper. This is a fraud. We used budget before that. But our bologna budget experience will be the last. We will never use budget after that. And also, if we see any charge in credit card we will look for our rights through our company lawyers. Also, we will contact with all related official institutions in Italy and Turkey. We will contact with embassies, ministries and every kind of related institution in Turkey and Italy. Even if we are cheated by budget, we will never let budget to cheat other people in the world. Also, we travel to min. 50 countries in a year. We will share our this experience with everyone in every country. You may cheat 180 euro to our company. But this will be your last cheating. We will also share this situation in facebook, instagram, tweeter and all social media platforms. Hope, we dont see any charge in our credit card. (RA 249625983)
