    Your workshop coat is very nice. Its always good to wear hand gloves... i know this joints are not going for energized. But we are role model...

    It's so coincidental that this was a suggested video, because we dug through a HUGE 3 phase underground cable earlier today and the electricity board had to come a repair it similar to this!

      @Darren Tipple Exactly, all very nice and easy in a lab coat in a workshop but when your're in a trench ankles deep in water freezing cold with numb fingers things are slightly different!

    Been a few years since i was cable jointing and i was a 33kV Jointer also. Only ever used this type on 11kV. Think title is wrong

    He could have just used a bic lighter on the heat shrink. That's what I use all the time!

    Werkzeug veraltet! gib es schon viel besseres zum beispiel von intercable, und Muffen Garnitur auch schon veraltet! Aufschrumpfung hat sich ein wenig geändert, Grundschritte bleiben aber gleich.
