First of I want to say awesome video! There’s one thing I can’t do in the opening combo. I can’t get a 2 hit water wheel, do I have to position my self in a certain way or did they make a patch that water wheel does a 4 hit move now?
Thanks brother I’m glad you liked the video. The water wheel hits weird sometimes depending on where your opponent is positioned. After the second hit of the constant flux just immediately cancel into the water wheel with out jumping. If you jump cancel that’s probably where that extra hit is going because the water wheel is jinky and doesn’t work right sometimes. You will save a bar by not jump canceling too. You have to have almost perfect timing to cancel the constant flux after the second hit to get the water wheel to fit just right in the combo

I’ve just tried it and it worked out in my favor this time. The timing is precise and it’ll probably take some time to get used too in a ranked match.

Yo! First of all, amazing video! Everything was nice and clear. I wanted to ask how you can get the full 4 hits off of your water wheel in the first combo. I know you have to jump cancel the first constant flux, but I can't seem to hit all 4 hits of the following water wheel at all. Do you have any tips for this? Other than that one hit dropping I can hit the combo just fine for 16 hits at the ult.

So we have lightning users, poison users, water users, fire users, hopefully we get to see wind users in the show. Or maybe something on the line of someone mastering total concentration one who mastered to encounter anything thrown at him with rapid reflexes, idk the show is already good as it is I'm just waiting to see what epic moments will happen later on.
the wind hashira was introduced in season 1

How do you hit the ultimate after the water wheel when they are falling down? They always land too quickly before I can hit the ultimate.
They have to be in the air above you so he is forced to fall down directly on top of you. Giyu’s Ult is slow and has like no range so they have to be a certain height above you for it to hit or it will miss every time. Trust me man some of these took more then 20 or 30 or attempts before I got them down to use in matches lol

Thanks man I’m glad I can help out and yea Inosuke is a good one to pair with him. Really anyone with a long assist to hold them down for you or to cover your back if they block a water wheel. Most of the time you will be defenseless if they block a water wheel or water dragon so I usually use someone that can cover me when I’m stuck sitting still. I main Tomioka too so that’s why I did his combo video first

I'm currently fixated on the water wheel opening into dragon launcher. my air wheel is bumping my opponent forward so they don't just fall into my ult. i'm trying to cancel as soon as the water wheel hits, but 1) i don't think that's possible 2) i don't think you're even doing it, so i must be fucking something up lol. also, do you lab with people? i'd love to play against higher level players
I’m down to spar sometime bro just add me when you get a chance. If you want the ult to connect he needs to be directly over you for it to hit so you can either not do the strikes in the air and water wheel as soon as you dash in the air or you can push him to the edge of the map and he will be forced to fall on top of you. Trust me I tried some of these 20 times or more before I even got them to connect right lol it won’t be easier mastering some of them but I bet you can
@@SsjPerseus I actually ended up getting it to connect right after I posted lmao. Ended up mashing special immediately after the air wheel animation starts. Still doesn't feel as fast you did it, but I got it. Also I don't think I've done it in the corner yet. Just gotta get it consistent now. Are you on steam? I play on PC

hello, on the first combo I do not understand how you reset in the middle (with the water wheel). when i try to do the combo, i don't have time to finish it and the adversary is thrown back.

If you start the combo from the air it will give you a red bar so you have to be back far enough for the air tilt to not start your combo with a red bar. You can always start that one from the ground and you should have plenty of time to get the water dragon off at the end
The ultimate will be very hard to finish with on that one. It took me more then 20 attempts to get that one to end just right so it will take you awhile to get used to the timing bro

I manage to start my combo with an orange bar but the bar ends before I can finish the combo (the berre ends during the last water dragon).
I see that when you do, the bar resets when you throw the water wheel but I can't reset it unless it costs me an extra energy bar, is it because of bad timing? or a tip that I do not know?
@@lukssy7747 it’s the timing with the water wheel it has to be basically perfect to get it to to all fit right and get the Ult at the end. If you aren’t used to that one I would I just leave the Ultimate out because it is really hard to connect and if you miss they will recover fast after that long combo and you will definitely be vulnerable if you miss in that combo because of how long it is

For some reason when I land the combo its only becomes 16 hits when I hit the ult at the end and you are getting 17. I am losing a second hit from the water wheel after I cancel the first constant flux, do you know what I'm doing wrong? This is for the first combo you showed in the video btw
If you’re getting 16 hits that’s actually really good man a lot of people have been having trouble with the first one. It’s probably because of the water wheel they are really iffy and drop the combo most of the time or you’re canceling a water dragon a hit to soon. Either way if you’re getting that far to get 16 hits that’s perfect man I would just stick with the 16 if it works for you

how do you land the consent flux move into your ult
It’s really iffy at times if your combo runs just slightly to long it will never hit but you can cancel the dragon after the second hit if they are above you and it will hit or you can bounce them off the ground after the last hit and use your Ult before they hit the ground and most of the time it will connect before or after they land
I’ve really been loving demon slayer lately and ima try to do these combos but when I try play online it says to pick which account to play on I pick my account and it just keeps popping up with the same thing telling me to pick which account to use, and I’ve tried everything but it jus doesn’t work, so I’ll really appreciate it if u could help out👍

Just chase dash after the last hit from the dragon. The last hit in his special will bounce him up so you can take the combo to the air
Which of these move are best for people that often. Block
Definitely the combo reset. Most of the time when Giyu’s water wheel hits it will restand the opponent so you can get a quick grab off after there feet hit the ground. They will stop blocking constantly if you use that move enough and you can go to whichever of these combos you want for damage when they open up thinking you’re going to grab them. Water wheel plus grab reset is always good against people who constantly block thinking you’re going to dead calm them

i wish i could do nutty combos in ranked but i can't cuz this game has too much input delay
They fixed that issue on PS4 recently in a patch. There is still a lot of problems with netcode online so it’s still laggy but they fixed the input delay
Yo dude I did a 51 hit Giyu combo yesterday my largest combo with shinobu assist,Tomioka is my fav hashira!
Nice man and good choice on the Shinobu assist she is good one to pick if you main Giyu. Same here too Tomioka is my main and favorite too because of his defense and counter. I always use a defense or reactionary style in fighting games and he is perfect for how I like to fight

@@SsjPerseus ye hehe I was surprised with the hits too. Shinobu's multiple thrusts keeps the enemy busy being pushed while I can charge in with waterwheel. Its quite satisfying the way Tomioka's mechanics work

You either aren’t water wheeling soon enough after the dash or you are not timing the ultimate right at the end. Giyu’s ultimate is really iffy and misses a lot so it may not even be your fault man it just doesn’t connect like it should sometimes. Also it helps if they are close to the edge of the map because when they are in the air sometimes they will land just slightly out of his ultimate range when they fall but if they are against the wall they have no choice but to fall on top of you

@@vennyldn4880 her defense is the lowest of anyone in the game so she will take more damage then anyone else but she is able to poison people with one of her moves and she excels at air combat so she makes of for not having much defense. If you get your opponent in the air you can do some pretty wacky combos with her. Also her dash in the air makes her float for a second so she is able to stay in the air longer to dodge attacks or do more damage

i think without dead calm, giyu doesn’t do that much damage
Yea his main thing is his counter but if you get used to the water dragon into water wheel and you get used to chaining them together you can get some pretty good damage even with a yellow combo. Especially on characters like Hino Tanjiro or Rengoku. I can almost one shot a Hino Tanjiro or Shinobu with a yellow combo and a ultimate usually. It just depends on how good you can get with him since his light attacks do basically nothing. Just focus on specials and use 4 bars with every combo if you can and save one for a counter just in case

LMAOOOOOOO there is no such thing as a high level giyu player they all spam dead calm and water wheel
Yea a lot of people do but if it makes you feel any better I main Giyu and I rarely use his counter and only use the water wheel in combos. I know how annoying it can be to fight Rengoku or Giyu so I try not to do that when I fight it’s pretty lame I don’t need any of that to win anyway. I could win most of my ranked matches with out even using specials if I wanted to
@@SsjPerseus rengoku needs a nerf tbh but there’s ways to getting around a giyu spammer too
