Dkayed being surprised at Gameciel’s negate not being a hard or soft once per turn never gets old. Hell it’s not even once per chain, I’ve resolved it’s negate 3 times in the same chain it’s sooo cracked.

I play Agents fairy deck. The Lost Sanctuary Structure deck came out in 2011 when I was in high school. 14 years passed and I’m still playing it. I cannot enjoy any other deck. Same with my brother. He is obsessed with D/D/D. When it first came out in 2015, that is his only deck. Whenever we play with each other, it’s always Agents vs D/D/D.

To piggyback off of the Dinomorphia conversation: I don't mind the deck having a floodgate as a boss monster because it's what makes the deck different from others, same as eldlich. I don't hate the eldlich deck. It's when you add other floodgates on top of it. It's already an uphill battle sometimes playing through said floodgates, you add on 6 more and God forbid you're bricking and losing momentum as turn 30 hits, it's a nightmare.
I think Dinomorphia is balanced, high risk for high reward. It's hard to play the deck going 2md and you're always 1 attack away from lethal if you don't have the right traps in the grave. Unfortunately any deck with floodgatesdo well in these meta tournaments

I think the deck only did so good due to the pilot. If you enjoy Dlink or Dragunity you should build it. Playing fun decks is better than building the meta deck and getting bored of playing it.
Not drastically, you're right, but it's a solid start. Why they left Lab untouched, or at minimum, kept Trans rollback and D-barrier legal is beyond comprehension. King calamity says you can't play = bad. I think we'd all agree with that. D.Barrier says you can't play = perfectly...fine? Oh...uh.....

Plus, what we've seen from Konami, they just like letting degenerate combo's linger around for a LONG time. It's one of the reasons I'm totally building Tenpai and Gimmick puppets when they hit the game. Konami just let's broken shit fly for a really long time before attempting to hit them with the banlist and that's usually if there's a massive representation with a deck as well.

Even control decks like sky striker, labrynth, dinomorphia, dogmatika, etc get punished by maxx c simply because they special as apart of their engine. The line gets blurry because dragon link is not a named archetype but a soup of engines and dragon support. But I'd sure call honda's deck more of a dragunity deck with bystials and a rokket engine.
I love ritual beast, i really hope komani release more card to give additional normal summon or special summon from deck. Ritual beast have link monster to give u normal summon but that card is suck, the problem ritual beast have is "how to have 1 ritual+ 1spiritual beast" if ur opponent destroy 1 of them = u lose (or u dont have ritual beast grandpa, u cant start ur combo). Ritual beast have spell to special summon, but that card is trash. Spell with discard 1 card as a cost and just special summon from GY or bannish, -1 for effect that not even special summon from deck. Maybe release ritual beast field spell with effect "when this card activated, u can add ritual beast monster from ur deck then discard 1 card. Once per turn u can addtional normal summon ritual beast monster"

And the turn combo is shorter than even Swordsoul which lets the opponent play. And as mentioned before, unlike most meta decks, Chimera doesn't usually OTK.

Maxx C wouldn't be so bad if they just added an errata to the card. Make it have a maximum amount of cards you can draw in that turn under Maxx C. If you could only draw 3 cards (max as an example) I feel like some decks/players would just take the risk of taking the Maxx C challenge. Better than limiting/semi-limiting the card imo
I have an idea what if konami ban maxx c and all the pots but they limit the pot of greed that draw 2 cards to 1 and make it uncraftable but you can purches it for 1000 gems or they put it in a pack and you have to pull it from the pack or you cannot craft it and it will be gone to you but others that pulls it gonna have it me myself i would spend my days farming gems and purchesing

Anyone think how comical it would be if a dinomorphia player just sets up their entire field, rexterm floodgate, ferret flames just the whole package, and they are down to 500 LP just for their opponent to play hitodama and deal 500 LP in burn damage.

The level of cooking in the first match was crazy, specially the final turn coming back from basically nothing to a crazy OTK. Props to both players.
