Definitely my favorite babymonster's release so far! This song feels so complete, from the verse, the rap, the pre-chorus, the chorus, the hook, the bridge and the outro! This is why we need song that is more than 3 mins! Really feels like EVERYONE shines in this song too!
Ruka and Asa may be fast at memorizing movements, but the most appropriate movement posture is Chiquita, the way she dances is exactly the same as Lisa who always goes all out, you can compare their videos, but many people think that quickly memorizing movements is the same as being good at dancing
i'm pretty sure if yg dance teachers said ruka and asa are the better dancers it's not just because of memorizing speed lol. They spent years with all of them so they are probably way more qualified to decide than us based on some short clips. To be honest none of their choreo since debut really put their dancing skills in the limelight, they focused on vocals, rap, performance. However chiquita is an amazing dancer even before entering yg she was very good and her expressions add a lot to it too

For the majority of older fan's of kpop or in music in general understand what YG and BM is trying to do the feel the song and could possibly have the deep feels to it. But gor younger i think not all of them going to like or find this attractive or the most common thing younger fans of kpop today are doing always comparing it to other artists cuz their knowledge of music is limited. But for sure and for a fact this song is great and for sure majority of people are going to like this one!
As a person of old era, I do like this song.
In the last part, starting from Pharita's God-like voice, I always feel like I can just lie down. In Tagalog, is the perfect word to describe it "humimlay" 😅 then there is Asa saying like "No. You. Can't!" Then there's Rami and Ahyeon harmonizing saying the same as Asa. Like, girls! Wait up! 😅 Let me just take a break and process all of this. But kidding aside, I love this song. The nostalgia it brings me. It feels like I'm travelling down the lane, way back to 80s, 90s, to 2000's songs. Like, I love whenever the chorus comes in, the way they sing that line "Baby it was all a dream, you thought I was yours". Like gosh, it's my mooooooosssstt fav part of the song. 😍🖤
I think the adlib on the last chorus was ahyeon, since Rami was already singing
Perfection!!! Took over song of the year from Everglow "Colourz" BabyMonster does not have competition, they have victims - they are killing everybody and everything. Why is nobody else noticing Ahyeons abs showing through her pink dress. I have only ever seen that 1 other time and it was Jisoo during Born Pink Tour when she was getting ready for Flower to drop and maxed out her ab workout.

Anyway, YG walk out the comfort zone and let our girls try different concept, Forever is more like 2nd gen era music genre, ( to me, those are the real kpop music before every company full launch globally). All i can say is BM can digest any kind of music whatever you feed them, and THEY can eat it all up.

This song is like IVE”s “After Like” and “I Am” had a baby that raps with the speed of RM. Even the Ahyeon rap part sounds like Rei, and the fist pounding choreo reminded me of “I Am’s” dance. Amazing summer choon. I love the 80s vibes of “Forever Young” in it, too.
