My take: Dream now has freckles and hos hair is much darker, that is a fact. It also seems like his mouth/smile is further up but I'm not sure and although I'm not strictly opposed to any of these changes they do seem a little jarring considering together these small changes made something so different from the previous Dream design, I feel as if it would be better to subtly introduce these changes over a span of videos.
TL;DR The changes are a little jarring, don't you think?
