Honestly Big facts dude, I was SO excited for this game as a kid. I gobbled up every magazine article I could. Super fun, and I just remember there was a bizzaro costume/unlock which gives you vacuum breath and frost vision. Mad props and mad hopes you'll play it again mate
this game actually gets pretty fun when you unlock more combos for it. i recommend the 360 version more tho

I had this game for the PS2 when I was a kid. The controls were weird to get a grasp on, but I enjoyed it well enough. Never finished it, tho.

That's the thing Superman can't die, only the city takes damage.

If you go to settings and take the camera off "fixed" I believe, you can control his superspeed (running) better. The camera isn't stuck behind him so It makes his turning sharper. That made it a lot more fun when chasing the wheel robots.
I remember my cousin and I would play this game and Spider-Man web of shadows non-stop when were kids.

My favorite "Super" Hero is Shazam; basically all you have to do is be genuinely kind. Not the last krptonian, not a billionaire. Just kind and genuine.

Man I remembered when this Game came out and I saw all the commercials for it and I am soo mad that I never got to play it. Right out the gate this Game gives you a lot to work with for Superman and it only keeps getting better as you progress, People used to tell me this game was trash and for awhile I never gave any thought to this game until now. After seeing all this though? Boi I know This Game ain't Trash, I wish I had a copy right now

I remember loving this game as a kid but my game would always freeze when I got to the first fight on a different planet (I think it was a flashback I just remember he had a different suit) so i only played the intro a bunch of times but to my memory this game started strong

Hands down the flight was the best part of the game . And still holds up today .. the rest of the game just didn’t have enough development time.. but I’d recommend revisiting this game just for the flying mechanics
Answering the question of the day, my all time favorite DC character is Nightwing 100%.
In the tutorial you DON'T have to use your vision powers. All you have to do is press 'lock on' button. Fly and hold super-speed and you will smash into each one of the meteors within seconds and most if not all the buildings will be intact.

Some people believe it’s hard to make a Superman game because he won’t be as powerful as in the comics. I think it’s ridiculous to suggest that Superman or any other superhero be power scaled to such a ridiculous degree, whether it’s underpowered or overpowered.
I don’t want a Superman where Superman never struggles, and also, Lex Luthor, a mere man can give Supes a run for his money and is his most popular foe.
Just thought I should point that out.

I do remember enjoying the free roam and flight mechanics, but i can't say how good of an actual game it was since I never played it entirely. The missions could have been garbage 🗑️ 🤷🏾♂️ lol

Yooooo, I just finished season 2 of CW superman… and BRO, all I’ll say is I used to dislike Supes, UNTIL, this show. The best CW show I’ve ever scene, best written superman hands down. Can’t wait to start season 3, I’m so lucky this it dropped recently.

Man, i wanted to play this game forever. But, since all of the emulators out there are incapable of emulating this game right and i don't own any console, i can't do it. And the last Superman game that i played is, Superman: Shadow of Apokolips for the GameCube. And at first, i liked that game, but later it became so frustrating that, i didn't even wanted to start playing it again.
Oh, by the way, my favorite DC superhero is Batman, because i grew up with Batman movies and cartoons, like Animated Series. And i found out about Superman a lot later, from one of my friends. But, i also don't mind Superman.
You gotta get ps2 emu version 1.7 for this game.
