Hard to tell because it's a little blurry, but your solder connections look cold. You're using a crappy iron with a nasty tip, are likely using 60/40 solder, no flux, and have minimal skills. With better equipment and practice you could have the solder flowing beautifully into those cups.

Thanks for the input man. I have purchased newer tools and better solder. At the time I was just jawing what I had.
