Thanks a lot, I was looking for a build for the Relic Blade!!

I have been the biggest Martyrdom fan, but Havoc made me re-consider. And after lots of testing, I've stumbled upon a pretty standard crit. build. But it works so good, I can't argue with the facts. It is all about getting the Holy Relic out to keep everyone in yellow toughness, thanks to Invocation of Death. And Enduring Faith is there to keep your toughness up for longer!
Did you know that even 1 point of extra toughness is enough to tank a sniper shot? Yeah, it's really good.

That buff for 25% crit is unstable. In 1st boss fight i don't see that buff active, at least with martyrdom you can have active buff all the time. Plus extra medic station for your team mate since you have so many wound.

@@gferd You don't have to tell me, I love martyrdom and have been running it for so long, but found myself dying a bit too much with it in Havoc. Crit is safer to use, especially for the ability cooldown. Felt completely useless outside of havoc with it though, I would do martyr/charge there for sure

@@AzureFulgur Ehm, yeah i see your buff not active on 2 boss fight with shield. If using crit why not use weapon with crit blessing, for example: i use your build with evis (shred and rampage with crit+carapace) with success on havoc 20. I'm too weak for 20++ havoc tough, so maybe my advice is faulty.

@@gferd Evisecrator is one of my favorite weapons, but I am really loving the Relic blade right now! You are not wrong with your advice, but I would not use crit chance for a perk, better flak or unyielding

After many experiments, I find this build really optimal (I'm not a havoc player though). However, I still have a slightly different setup, firstly, "Ecclesiarch's Call" seems too valuable not to take it, so instead of sustained assault and melee damage boost, I chose ecclesiarch + second wind, it also seems like a good option to change faithful frenzy and toughness damage reduction on disdain and enemy within at the beginning of the tree, it's interesting to know what you think?
I went to this video from your havoc gameplay with eviscerator, it's inspiring!
I thought it’s not an option on this difficulty, it is good to think that it is real and the question is only in skills:)

Wow, great to hear that you've been inspired! :)
I would always recommend to copy a build and modify it to your liking, so you are doing the right thing!
There doesn't seem to be a bad melee weapon for Havoc! But I often feel useless if I don't bring a Flamer, so have that in mind. The Bolter is another weapon that gets mentioned a lot, just to get bosses down, but I prefer the Flamer, with a Veteran that brings Survivalist Aura, you don't even need to pick up ammo, so it's very ammo efficient (unlike the bolter)
For the talents, in general I don't like the top left tree at all. For example, Disdain sounds good on paper, but you would only stack this up when dealing with the horde, and you don't need crazy dmg there. For single targets its a 5% increase, not worth it! The next talent is also pretty weak, 2.5% toughness per second? Thats nothing! And it doesn't work when you will need the most - when you are getting shredded by ranged enemies.
Second Wind is a top tier talent though, and if you want to trade some damage for it, go ahead! The last few days I tried taking out Faithful Frenzy, 10% atk. spd. doesnt sound like much, but it was the difference between me getting hit and keeping the trash in control, but this will depend from weapon to weapon, for the Evisecrator I would prefer to have it.
And the Chorus side-talents sound great, but they require you to get 5 pulses in and you will get interrupted out of it once in a while, further reducing its uptime. If you can fit it in, I think it's great, but I couldn't spare the point.
If I had one extra point I would get Second Wind for sure.

Thanks for the detailed answer, it's very helpful!
agree, for relic blade and eviscerator faithful frenzy it is essential
