The Holy Temple is the place ordained by God for the performance of sacred ordinances designed to save our souls in the celestial Kingdom of God. There we can be sealed for time and all eternity as families. But the Temple is also where we learn how to be sealed as families forever, and so serves as the foundation of the Eternal Family unit.
