A gun for hire who had the most peripatetic of Serie A careers, playing for five clubs in five seasons. Unsung for a Brazilian who appeared in three World Cups; only injury prevented him from appearing at the 1986 edition.

Superb in 78, superfluous in 82 ( what was Santana doing playing him on the right against Russia), I think he could have been a big help in 86 as Eder had been banned and there was no natural left footer in midfield. Nice video.
