Hi Rachel, i'm from Europe and here we put a grill over the gutters so they stay clear of leafs. Could be a nice project for you to film and safe time in the future? Lots of love xx
Plank!!!! I can't do pull up or push ups. I can barely do a lot of sit ups (getting better daily) but I can PLANK for insane amounts of time. When me and the hubby go to the gym (he has been at it a long time, I'm the newbie) we end every session with a plank contest. I always win!! And it makes me feel like a BEAST. Especially seeing as I'm slower at literally everything else.
I love when the clocks go back as it means it’s getting colder, and darker so you can snuggle up indoors and warm up and enjoy all of those comforting things that come with winter, like; hot chocolate, lit fires, being able to warm up not struggle to find a way to cool down, eat comfort foods like jacket potatoes or stews/ casseroles/soup, fluffy slippers and thick chunky socks, chunky knit jumpers you get lost in, candles and winter smells, leaf piles to play dog poop roulette (ok so this may be specific to London wheelchair users who refuse to grow up and go through leaf piles), if you are lucky there’s snow, restaurants become more inviting and romantic with the warm lighting, birds on bird feeders stocking up for winter, welly boots and scarfs that tie you in knots, mismatched gloves as one always goes on an adventure without the other. There is so much more to look forward too when we get October clock change, you wake with the crisp sun and end the workday looking forward to a snuggle with your other half on the sofa watching something mindless or reading/ playing a game, crafting… summer it’s too hot to concentrate, get comfy without sweat patches forming beneath your bottom, the last thing you really want to do is share body heat and it makes you feel pressured into doing things until the light finally fades, but not this time of the year when darkness brings the excuse to relax, be intimate, pamper yourself. Even the darkness of night brings a host of joy in that it surrounds you and wraps you in a bubble of home where the world becomes for a few hours less significant and family gathers together wether to play games, joke around, talk of the day or just take comfort in the silent companionship of others, sunshine pushes us apart, gives us hundreds of reasons to be active, do things away from our home, be apart from those who matter most. I can not think of a better time of the year than when the clocks change and light fades as the leaves fall from the trees, hearing the wind and rain cleanse nature and encouraging the slow dormant growth of the plants tucked in the blankets of soil. Of dressing up in layers only to unpeel from them on getting home and switching guiltlessly into the most comfy Pham as and settling down into your home like it’s a security blanket shutting out the world and bringing your family together in one place. This is the best time of the year x
Absolutely! Had Covid too last week, the same: soar throat, extra fatigue and then runny nose. Pirola version of 2023 seems like one symptom a day kinda thing. Is good to test!
Was just coming to tell her the same thing. I had Covid beginning of last month was extra tired and had a sore throat. Then a couple days later I had a fever that’s when I tested and found out it was Covid
I’m okay with the time change. Now it not pitch black in the morning anymore. The days are shorter at this time of year anyways - not much to do about that.
Yeah, what is it with pee filled water bottles?? There were 3 pee filled water bottles on the corner of a major intersection the other week. I swear I think someone put them there on purpose bc if someone ran one over it would spray on anyone waiting to cross the street!! I took an extremely wide turn to avoid them!!!!
Has anyone realized that she doesn’t show Gale anymore? Like what happened to her or did I miss something? I’m sorry just she’s never brought her up for a while so I was just curious.

Rachel….daylight savings time ENDED. So what you hate is regular time.
no it has not ended
Gorgeous Rachel, I wait all day for your video. I'm sad when there is none. I miss your sister's videos. I hope you do vlogmas this year.

Same, working out helps my mood too. I'm at the gym walking on the treadmill watching 👀
Your eyelashes look great!
Take a Covid test! Your symptoms sound exactly like mine. Sore throat and then super tired 😴 tested positive this morning for the first time ever 😮

I had it a year ago, and it was not fun. My mom had it in the very beginning of the pandemic. She felt absolutely miserable. COVID is not fun.
..those are also symptoms of seasonal cold etc lol just sayin
Was just coming to tell her the same thing. I had Covid beginning of last month was extra tired and had a sore throat. Then a couple days later I had a fever that’s when I tested and found out it was Covid
I was literally about to say this. Scratchy throat that alternated hurting on different sides then tested positive days later. Please be safe.
Anyone else have “Daylight savings is the worst” stuck in their head? 😂
I agree
Do a wall squat competition with your friends. Last to survive wins you have strong legs. You can win that. It’s fun too
Hello Rachel, Abbie, and Devon, good afternoon. Love the beach. I love exercising; good luck. Love your vlogs.
Good morning Rachel happy Wednesday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are
Not Rachel actually making me want to be productive x3
I don't like when it's cold and gets dark earlier too. We need day light saving time to be permanent ✨️
Love you ❤ Your videos make my day 😊
❤
where will Beth's live stream happen? I would like to save the link. Thanks!!
Rachel daylight savings is the worst
Me omg yes agreed lol😂😂😂
Love you
Holy crap! I've never been this early! 😂🤣 Now, to watch the video..
Interesting how California calls it smog check and in Ohio it’s called E check (emission check)
I’m lived in Alaska Juneau ( Gustavus) ❤ , I’m live in WA Seattle😎🤟🏳️🌈🎉😊 Rachel and Abigail ( I love ❤️ )
Have you kept in touch with with Emily since she moved away?
Girl, get a covid test! Sore throat and exhaustion were the early signs that I had Covid last fall. It was no picnic
I remember when a sore throat and exhaustion was known as "a cold".
Hi!
Hello!
I’m okay with the time change. Now it not pitch black in the morning anymore. The days are shorter at this time of year anyways - not much to do about that.
Does anyone know what age Abbie is?
Hi❤
Yeah, what is it with pee filled water bottles?? There were 3 pee filled water bottles on the corner of a major intersection the other week. I swear I think someone put them there on purpose bc if someone ran one over it would spray on anyone waiting to cross the street!! I took an extremely wide turn to avoid them!!!!

Has anyone realized that she doesn’t show Gale anymore? Like what happened to her or did I miss something? I’m sorry just she’s never brought her up for a while so I was just curious.
