Yeah it should since kakashi costs less to place now as well

No but he's full AOE at his final upgrade ; i think the only Bleach units with elemental damage are Yamamoto 7, Ichigo 7, As Nodt, & Mayuri

how come your non bleach units didnt get stunned on wave 16

The stun isn't immediate but they were stunned ; That's why I had to sell & replace Mikasa at the end there
