Secret to attain ultimate peace || Sri Madhusudan Sai

In the current times, the only way to attain the ultimate peace (self-realization) is through Namasmarana i.e, chanting of the Lord's name combined with selfless service. One without the other is not enough. When asked what spirituality is, Sadguru gives a simple but profound answer - All Goodness is God.
Ask yourself every day, have I been more selfless than yesterday, was I more loving than yesterday, have I been kinder than what I was yesterday, have I been more charitable in my thoughts, words and actions than what I was yesterday, this is the measure of our spiritual progress. keep asking yourself every day. As you progress, there will be more peace, joy and equanimity.
