Question, why did a 2 month long Sputum test for my fiancee apparently shorten this 6 month time frame to 5 months? We now only have 3 months to get an interview, send all of my documentation to her such as Affidavit of Support ect for her interview, have her prepare the documents and prepare for the interview, receive the correct Visa (spelling), and plan for the plane trip to enter the USA. Seems unfair. We should have been given the full 6 moths as well Is there any way to get an extension??
Follow up tests for tb do not shorten the time to "get interview, send her documentation, etc". You should have already done those before attending the medical. Due to the need for the sputum test, the interview would have to be rescheduled for after the "all clear" is given. The visa issued at the interview would have validity for 6 months from the date of the "all clear".
Usually yes. There are limitations, ie: a sponsor can only apply twice in a lifetime, and must wait two years after USCIS approval before applying again. However both limitations can be waived, upon an approved waiver request.

Normal practice is the medical is good for 6 months, and the visa that is issued matchs the end of the 6 month period. So if you are saying your medical expires on 9/4/2019, then that is ALSO when your visa expires.
What happens if we decide to postpone the marriage until a later date after the visa expires, but the fiancé returns back to their country of origin prior to the expiration date. What is the likelihood of another fiancé visa being approved?
I can not forecast likelyhood of success without knowing all details. I have helped couples apply for their second fiance visa and get it. Whether or not your situation is possible, or likely I can not say.

When the visa is issued it is valid for exactly 6 months from the date of the medical. That is why I council my clients to have their medicals around 2 weeks prior to the interview to allow maximum validity. Providing you are not traveling to countries that USA has banned, US immigration does not care where you go, before you arrive to the USA

That is an important document that is needed later for applying for a green card. If not received within 60 days you should chase for a replacement. And make sure they have your correct mailing address.
You are still MARRIED. Only those who are NOT married are eligible for Fiance Visas. After you get divorced, or get annulled, only then may you apply for fiance visa.

In one video,, you have told that B2 is only for tourism,,, but in reality it is mentioned as medical and tourism. So it can impact on the result
Yes the B1/B2 visa can be for more than simple tourism.

A fiance visa is valid for 6 months. He should travel before it expires.

Bona fide couples have detailed plans. Those plans do not need to include specific dates.

There is no average time for AP, it varies from days, weeks, months, even to years.
