I can relate to her, I'm starting.my actor career at age 26, in the future everyone will see me Walk the Red Carpet, Award Winner, perform on the big screen and stage indeed. Also, Kate Winslet is such an inspiration to me and millions worldwide.

It means that despite of being sucess and famous and rich, you give respect to everyone, you care about them and understand them. As in this video, she can understand what an aspiring actor think
Within the first minute, she explains why it's important to let go of your prior preparation, better than anyone I've ever seen before. She cares about you understanding what she's saying, the hallmark of a great teacher.
my favourite actress... I was amazed how much she shone in Titanic amongst all the effects and action shots she completely drew me in.

i adore kate winslet so much shes such a brilliant example of an exceptional actress. that mirror advice really struck me too cuz, maybe it was stupid of me to think so, but i'd always thought it was the right thing to do to practise in the mirror so ur more aware of what ur doing. but i do recognise im more distracted by myself if i look in the mirror rather than being in the character (cuz in real life u aint lookin in the mirror when u talk all the time are you xD i suppose u shouldnt when ur acting either) so im deffo gonna give that advice a go!

This is honestly the advice I really needed, lately I’ve been stuck between being a writer and actress lately people tell me I cannot be both and I won’t lie it has recked me in the beginning. Acting seems like a difficult road so far but a beautiful one and I’m willing to take it no matter what obstacles. Even though I feel like some other young actors look at me like I’m insane I really think I can go far in my life if I just stay focused. God bless you Kate!♥️

I love facial expressions and the changes in it and body language I'm only 15 but I've realised my interest in writing and acting but I live in a household that doesnt support acting due to religion so I don't know how I could explore it
Kate is a true professional. I agree, it’s important to memorize your lines well without any preconceived expression, then you can react truthfully. I’ve been using the Dialogmaster Pro rehearsal app to lock in my lines, then I don’t have to focus on them during my performance. I’ve rehearsed them so well that my focus is only on what the other characters are giving me to react to. It’s making the preparation process so much easier.

Ugh I love her so much! It’s true though I never look in the mirror. My main thing is being comfortable around others in an intimate environment but once the camera is on I’m good. Just recorded my first monologue I’ll be uploading it soon I’d love any feedback

Man I read revolutionary road before the movie for school. When I watched the movie for the first time in my life I pictured the book April exactly how Kate played her. It was amazing and she won me as a fan ever since! and she's gorgeous so that obviously helps.
