    Hi SI osteoarthritis both sides when standing should you do a pelvis tilt and squeeze your butt , is there a better way to sit ?

    Thank you. I have struggled with SI joint instability most of my adult life (now50) for very specific and extremely unusual reasons. I will look at the exercises you have suggested.

    I'm 38 and at 25 when I was pregnant with my first child I had SPD and subsequently was on crutches for the latter half of my pregnancy. Ever since then my back has gone progressively worse to the point I can't work. It takes very little for the pain to build to an intensity where I have to stop and sit down. I get spasms and my legs buckle. My mental health is a struggle because it's completely affected my whole life! I've had all treatment and seen every therapist and alls I know for sure is I have scoliosis, DDD and slight spinal stenosis. Any advice would be truly appreciated. Thankyou for your videos, I've just found you so will no doubt work my way through all relevant videos. I also should tell you my hips lock if legs are splayed for too long and they clink when rotating the hip with knee raised. Please help!

      Yes, working through the videos is a great place to start. You've got to get stronger at a pace that is appropriate for you. It won't be perfect and you'll run into pain and flare ups, but that is the best natural, long-term way to heal and manage your situation. We hope and pray that you'll see progress so that you can be healthier and more active very soon! 🙏

    I have sacrocillac s1 pain on left, what exercise should do? 28days exercise?
