From Season 12, Episode 3 'The Not So Quiet Woman': Vicki struggles with trust issues as she sets up her new office, while Peggy and her family deal with her upcoming surgery. Shannon is an unintentional comedian.
I don't always agree with Shannon but in this situation she was right. Kelly was there to start trouble and Shannon tried to deal with the situation as best as she could, plain and simple.
Kelly is all about causing trouble, I could not figure out why Shannon would be telling Kelly any of her business. Shannon needs to learn to keep things to herself. Don't give your enemy the sword to stab you with and then cry when they use it on you.
