For the paths in the Viking Village you should of used the technique that cheesey studios uses because it lowers the path by one eighth of a plate :) Another great vid!

I don't like Minecraft or its aesthetic, but I have to say that in the thumbnail I prefer the Minecraft MOC parrot over the official set. The "Minecraft" version looks like a stylized parrot that isn't trying to look realistic at all, but has all the necessary features and details to identify what it is supposed to be, and does so while still looking like Lego. The official set looks like a bad compromise between trying to look realistic and trying to look like Lego. The parts that don't look realistic clash with the parts that do.
