Every Karen will have a lawyer. This is really a surprise. No lawyer would ever support this kind of behaviour. If I was her lawyer, I really wouldn’t support her.

Diversity is not racist. If you have a black pilot, you can guarantee he or she will be fully trained, same goes with any other diverse job. Sometimes the diverse workers are more highly trained because that is expected of them. I think it doesn't matter who your employee is. Personally I think profesionalism is a important thing and money is the most important language in buissiness. Being professional and having a high productivity rate are important for a company.
She is the manger of the company she can employee who ever she wants to support the image of the company, and irrespective of WHO owns the company. This is not racist.
