Amber - The Tears of the Sun

- Amber is not just dried tree resin. True amber has taken hundreds of thousands, if not millions of years to polymerise, making it less soluble in common, organic solvents and will not become sticky if wet with alcohol, acetone or gasoline. It ranges in colour from light yellow to deep orange similar to the colour spectrum of the sun’s rays from dawn to dusk and can sometimes have small insects or plant matter captured inside from when they became trapped in the tree’s resin as it was secreted. It is possibly the oldest substance used by humans for adornment, with beads and pendants being found in gravesites dating back to 8,000 B.C. Much myth surrounds amber. One legend tells of amber being formed by the rays of the setting sun. Another says amber is the tears of Freyja, the Norse goddess of love and beauty.

I have amber . Two very large rings and a bracelet of large chunks amber. I wear them all the time . I don't know how i got them , but they are there . Every one i see loves the ambers .

My husband years ago, Hes a Leo I Like You Am a Gemini brought me an amber bracelet, I dicovered it and wonder why I I did n't presently wear it every day and tap into it's energies I so much need, and it's a sentimental gift. I drink Lime in my water evey day
I recently picked up a Amber bracelet that I was drawn to something about the color bright reminds me of the sun shining bright. Well I noticed it calmed my emotions & my mood changed to post I’ve noticed a neighbor mind definitely spoke to me about something while having this bracelet like after the conversation didn’t feel happy anymore. I thought it protects you from negative people? I know to stay away from them also sleeping with it hard my mind was active it brought up the sun card and half eaten food have no idea what any of that means so I removed the bracelet so I sleep much better.

Overall you could say they have similar properties. The advantage of Amber is its been on the Earth longer so holds a little more wisdom 😊

GCA LM It’s normally heat treated.
Its amber pieces heated to look that way, I mean still amber but it was changed, nevertheless Dominican republic got amber that in the sunlight can have greenish tones
