Your example of backward chaining wrong. Cause it may be wet without raining because of other cause. Like A(false) -> b(true) = True
From here you can't conclude A(true) if b(true)

The Backward chaining example is plain wrong.
if A → B, and B is true, that doesn't imply A is true.
It only true both ways iff A ↔ B
