Divine 9 Sororities and Frats should stand out from the Street Committee (Gangs); however, these days you can't tell the Gang members from the sorortity and frat members. Education should outshine the S.O.S (Stuck on Stupid) in every situation. I suppose you can take the person out of the Ghetto but you can't take the Ghetto out of the person.
