Noong first recitation ko, Na tawag ako doon sa hindi ko nabasa na case assignment at parang binuhusan ako ng malamig na tubig..... Sa madaling salita, Napagalitan ako.. Break in! Lol..
First year pa lang sa law school, kailangan ng mga adjustment lalong-lalo na sa recitation, case assignment, at kung papaano mag-digest ng cases, at kung ano yung mga technique sa pagda-digest ng case, kung papaano magmemorize ng mga articles. Kailangan dyan matibay ang loob, makapal ang mukha, tanggalin ang kaba pagdating sa recitation kasi nga ang mga professor lalo na kung judge ayaw na ayaw nilang binabasa ang cases dapat memorize mo na yung digested case. At dapat lagi kang nagbabasa ng law books at civil code. Kapag sa recitation at di ka nakasagot sa susunod na araw ikaw ang laging tinatawag kesa sa talagang nagbabasa ng law books. Lahat naman pag di nakasagot tatayo ka hanggang matapos yung oras ng subject kung di ka nakakasagot, kung minsan may mga professor mabagsik, kaya kapag first year ka at di mo makayanan talagang magba-back-out ka sa law school. Pero kapag naka-survive ka after ng first year kaya mo ng magmemorize ng maraming articles. Pero kung di kayang magmemorize ng articles basta maintindihan mo at kaya mong e-explain ok, pero kung kinakailangan talaga memorize mo dapat yung articles, at mga iba pa sa mga topics sa subject. Pagdating sa cases lalo na sa Issue, tingnan ruling at i-reverse mo siya at yun na yung Issue pero kailangan din basahin mo rin yung kabuuan ng case.

For mayayaman lang po ba yong law? What if lack finance po yung students? Like you po na bumili ng printer what if d ma afford ng parents?
Hindi naman po yata.May Idol kasi akong Law student din tapos sabi nya.Pwede ka naman mag working student kasi may mga school na may program sila para sa mga working student
