I just started posting vlogs on RUclips after my first vlog from a year ago and I kinda stopped because I started to compare myself to many other influencers and thinking this vlog is trash why even bother posting. I also had that envy attitude of “These influencers are so cool they get to go to this thing and that”. And honestly I think that one year gap of not posting really made me change my attitude to I don’t really care anymore. Now I’m starting to post vlogs because it’s fun to look back on! Thank you Lena for those words! As cool as those influencer parties are, they don’t show the reality which is there is no connection within that community of influencers. Yeah there are some who socialize and are so so kind. But like you said, others tend to put themselves on a pedestal and that just ruins the whole event itself. Please don’t define your worth with number of followers bc everyone is worth way more past that. 💗💗💗

Re: the YT/High School situation... it's so true and real. & IMO it happens everywhere, whether it's YT or just a regular degular 9-5. I am an introverted person but most of my friends are extraverted... like you said, you guys tend to gravitate towards us & I love it because it def. gets me out of my natural loner element. I like to think of myself as a humble person, even though I've always been considered as a "popular" girl (which it was super unwanted btw). But I always humbled my friends if they started becoming the "mean" girls or thought they were better than the rest because we were considered the popular group.
