This seems like a lot of trouble for a bath. She will have to empty it and refill it often, as well. Why not bathe in the pond where she is getting the water? She needs to put a roof over the whole thing, as well, or it will become a mess when the next big rain comes.
She might be using rain to fill it so she doesn't have to drag water back and forth plus she can always make a cover for the bath and since the water is clear she probably goes through a process of purifying the water off camera since there's probably bugs and bad bacteria in the water that can make her sick
With the bath it's probably to collect rainwater water so she doesn't have to go fill it every time for the kitchen smoke may have been an issue in one of the other underground houses so she may have changed it for something like that (just a guess tho)

why don't you make all the resources inside the cave? bath, kitchen and dining. you can even do plumbing too inside
