They are hard to find imo, but it was actually the movies that made me want to read the books. I thought Gideon was cute, but Raphael is a goddamn dreamboat 😍
@@gnomesarethebest ahh yes, both actors are quite attractive hehe. They are extremely hard to find, but I thought they were worth watching simply out of curiosity. Glad they were engaging enough to draw you to the books! I prefer the books, but I read them before seeing the movies
@@jeffreym68 They're pretty hard to find, as a head's up. They were filmed in Germany and I'm not sure how many streaming services carry them. They're not super well known. If you are able to find them though, let me know what you think!
If you really like this, go check out the Silver Trilogy and A Castle in the clouds it’s by the same author and literally everything she touches is gold. Both trilogies are very known here in Germany ( it’s the original language). It’s kind of our Harry Potter…. And reposting this every where so that these books finally get some recognition in other languages

I liked how flippant Gwen was about talking to ghosts in front of people in the first book. So disappointed she's suddenly so self conscious about it in this book.
I absolutely love this! I wanted to listen to this series for a while, sneakily for free on youtube, and stumbled upon your channel. I mean sure, it is not perfect and sometimes you stumble on your own words, but honestly that just makes it feel like Gwen herself is telling her story with her own delightfully awkward quirks. 1000% better than to listen to a 30 something narrator with perfect diction :D On the last note, have considered reading anything from the Grishaverse? I would love to listen to those :D
