Thank you! Such a wonderful demonstration. Hazel is a masterful painter and it's a delight to watch her. I really appreciate that she is sharing her knowledge. I'm buying her book.
This video is great! Hazel has such a beautiful smile too! Thanks for sharing. She's my favorite teacher, love her book that I have. I want to buy more.
Thank you so much for this fabulous event. What a great way to raise funds and so glad I could contribute. I will now try to apply some of Hazel's wonderful tips to my own painting! 🎨
You are fabulous Hazel I have been watching you for years now … firstly whilst living in the U.K. and now living in Australia… lovely to be in the company of someone so excited by watercolour as I. 💗
The wonderful Hazel, you make it look easy… it isn’t 😉 I have all your books and your lates ones you are using for this tutorial and they are magnificent. I have learnt so much about light, shade and colour and enjoying every moment. I bought the DVD’s to go with the books which have helped me even more. “Just Let The Brush Do The Work” Love it ✏️🎨🖍
Hazel Soan is a great teacher...however, I'm not sure natural bristle watercolor brushes made from animal fur is appropriate for a demonstration for a wildlife foundation. When artists talk about their paint brushes they often forget that an animal has actually died to make that brush.
Thank you Hazel for your video..excellent performance..the best for you

Amazing artist.I loved this.
Thanks very nice 😊
Dear Hazel,
The first color you use is it yellow ochre in painting the elements? As I can't find yellow ochre like yours , a bit orangy
She said she used shmeneke paints. I use winsor and Newton and mine is more yellow/ gold. So it’s probably the brand
I think it is called yellow raw ochre from schmincke
Sorry in painting the elephant
