It’s not an over locking issue. That CPU/ GPU combo should definitely push 240hz. Check the video quality settings and see if there’s anything tanking frames. Also you can go into the GeForce software and optimise apex for your card. A 4080 is overkill for apex and it should be maxed out. What resolution are you playing at?

Infact if I put everything on low in settings I don’t see changes ingame with the graphics quality, seems like the settings aren’t being recognized or something
