Alpha sans has most magic of his brother before alphatale be destroyed by infected . In chapter 7 , alpha base fight against just404 but he isn't show that he weaker than just404 then we can see that make sense if we put alpha stronger than e404 .
And about e404 , he very popular so i will not say anything more of him
About infected . We can see he very strong because he can fight against butterfly without any form. He even beat that butterfly before
Finally , the reason iam say that king multiverse stronger than omni because omni lost his form and king multiverse have emperor multiverse form . It allow him stronger or eqal e666 who shad and nyte said stronger than omni
