Good morning everyone, how's your week been? So as the title would suggest today I have a whole lot of outfits to share with you all! Not only what i wore this week but also a couple of try ons in some of my favourite stores and something I'm SO very excited about for my skin! Would love to hear everyone's favourite outfit out of everything I wore and tried on? Thoughts on those ribcage jeans? Ooh and if anyone else has had that treatment before please let me know how you got on:)) Big hugs everyone and I really hope you enjoy today's chit chat and it gives you lots of outfit inspo along the way:) x
Loved the new John Lewis dress on you Jess, pop of colour in winter has inspired me, going to do the same and add a pop of pink ❤ Awww poor you with the sleep issues, it’s so hard to function without proper shut eye. Have you heard of or tried Wild Nutrition? They’re a British brand I’ve used recently and they do a specific complex for Peri/Menopause symptoms? Worth looking into if you haven’t already x
Morning Jess, busy week for you! Office looked fantastic! Great effort with your walls, I think they look fantastic! Love the wrapped cardigan on you and the bright jumper. In fact I always love everything 😂 I hope your skin calms down. I have pigmentation too and always wonder what treatment to go with. I’ve had it since I was pregnant with my eldest son and he’s 20 now. Thank you for sharing your week with us. I can empathise with hormones, they’re just blergh at times aren’t they. Happy windy Sunday! Day of snuggling and a roast! Have a lovely day and a great week ahead. Take care xx
I finished 3 sessions of BBL which is similar but I think the difference is BBL goes a bit deeper so does broken veins etc too but not 100% sure. Love the results, switched from medium foundation to a very light one. Be aware your face may also swell up for a few days. I looked like a big pink balloon!
@@Fionamccm ooh that’s helpful to know thanks so much Fiona:) I bet that was exciting being able to switch foundation because of it! Out of interest how long did it take for your skin to peel off the pigmentation as such? I’ve kind of given myself 2 weeks work wise for it to look pretty bad do you think that’s enough? x
Thank you so much Eve:)) The patch of brown has finally flaked off so i can see now what the skin underneath would look like, sooooo very excited! Hope you've had a wonderful week and a lovely long chilled weekend:)
Aww that's nice to know thanks Karen:) Funnily enough, even after all these years on YT, I still get that nervous excitement before every video goes live, so it's nice to know people get where I'm coming from haha! Happy Sunday Karen, and glad you liked that jumper too, a pop of colour that I really liked:))
Haha penso che 'bravo nel fai-da-te' potrebbe essere un po' troppo generoso, ma sono sempre felice di provarci;) Buona domenica e grazie mille per la visione x
Good morning Jess, love the new Sézane jumper. I think the Levi jeans look fab on you but it’s the only brand I wear so I’m bias. 😮 The Ribcage crop are fab too. The red dress looked fab on you. Perfect for Christmas xx❤
Hi Vanessa, ooh wonderweb is the best thing for hemming your own trousers and skirts even, when you haven't got time to get to a tailor! It's essentially a bit of tape that irons on and really works to make a new hem. Eventually, after like 5 washes, it starts to lose it's mojo a little, but you can then just repeat the process with some fresh tape and it's done again:) You can buy it pretty much everywhere, my local supermarket sells it, amazon etc and it's super affordable too!
Hi Jess, thanks for your lovely videos. Love your blazer outfit and you sitting on that chair with your 🐈⬛ cat. I had IPL and it worked. What worked best for me ist the Hydra jet peel with introducing lots of antipigmentation substances right in your skin. It‘s completely painfree and does not leave you with dark spots. All the best from Germany 😘😘
Dear Jess, keep the black Levi's jeans. They look stunning on you! P.S. If you don't mind me asking, how's the fit? Did you go for your usual size and length? I can only get them online, and we're about the same size and height, so it would be really helpful to get some firsthand deets. P.P.S. Nice work on the molding! The end result looks effortless and beautiful.
Aah thank you, really appreciate your thoughts on those because I really wasn't sure if they suited me or not! Hope you're having a lovely weekend so far:)
Hello 👋🏽 my friend Jess, how awesome you went into London. I cannot wait to visit across the pond and have tea with you. Great outfit for the day 😍. I think the black jeans make you look super tall. The office is absolutely gorgeous and chic 👏🏽👏🏽🎊🎊. You look terrific in red, beautiful👗 . I love that wrap jumper. Does it have a snap for modesty? I love these videos when you chat with us. My poor friend, I understand how menopause can wreck havoc on your emotions and energy. Be kind to your mind/body. Sending you lots of good vibes ✨. Thank you 😊. Cheers 😉🌷
Yay, i would love to grab a cuppa with you! When is it that you're over again? Ooh that's definitley helped me make a decision on those jeans then, anything that adds that extra inch to my height is always much appreciated;) The wrap cardigan is all part of one so you do feel really covered it's just like a little slither of skin you see at your collarbone, unusual but I really really love it:) And thank you for the good vibes, the joys of being a Woman are never ending aren't they haha! Who needs too much sleep anyhow, too many fun things to get done! Big hugs gorgeous and have a wonderful rest of your weekend:)) x
@ Hello my friend across the pond. Fortunately, I have a cousin who lives in London. I’m hoping sometime next year I will make my first trip to the UK and stay with here. Once I have a set itinerary, I will definitely let you know. I cannot visit London with seeing my friend Jess🫶🏼😀. That wrap cardigan sounds perfect . I will have to check that out. I so appreciate all of your advice. I really love when you chat. I know what you mean. I just bought a new pair of jeans and they make me feel slim and tall (I am 5’1/177cm. )Yes, us women need to stick with one another and lift each other up. So good vibes, good vibes ✨. Have a beautiful week 😊.
Morning Jess, you have been busy, nice one ! Really enjoyed this style of video. Your skin is glowing. Stunning red dress. Enjoy your day snow's gone here, just lots of rain xx 😘
Goodmorning Jess, great work on the office 💪🏻 love the red dress 🤩Now that it’s getting colder, I’m getting so much wear out of my Mia cardigan. I fully understand why you have it in several colours😊Have a lovely Sunday🫶🏻
@@lynneblamires9285 Yay thanks Lynn! Just don’t look too close at them, i may have gone a tad wonky 🤣 Especially by the time i got to the last few i did just think ‘oh whatever it’ll be fine’😂🙈
I'm not sure of your age and what stage of menopause you're in. But I can tell you what I'm going through. 48 years old in perimenopause, and in April of this year, I started BHRT. Testosterone pellets in the bum every 4 months. I'm about to have my 3rd treatment next month, and I can definitely feel the difference. I highly recommend BHRT (not HRT). It's a game changer.
Thank you SO much for the advice, I've never even heard of bhrt? I'm 45 but I had to have a total hysterectomy for other reasons (last year or the year after? It all blends into one doesn't it!) but forced straight into it:/ In actual fact it was okay to start with and I had the hrt patches which seemed to keep all the awful symptoms at bay, and then just recently the sleep issues arrived all of a sudden! I shall have a google of that today and make sure I ask my Doctor about it, thank you again, very grateful for the advice:)
Morning, I'm glad this is working for you. I'm 62, preferred to ride the symptoms ... they catch up with you in the end. Coping with them now, would be worse than in my 50's All the best x

Thanks so much Elizabeth, glad you enjoyed the little catch up:) Hope you're having a wonderful weekend x
In Lisbon, until yesterday we were also having a "heat wave" with temperatures around 22ºC! Very unusual even here!!! Loved all the outfits!

Not sure I would have any major skin treatment done 2 weeks before Christmas and in the cold weather. I would wait until spring. X
