    Sir आप बताना भूल गए कि कंटेनर स्टरलाइज्ड (sterilised) hona chahiye. Moist heat या dry heat से।

    I am trying not to use the plastic and thermocol. One way is to use glass bangles of smaller size . It didnt work as the size was bigger. Might use marbles next

    Sir apse ek baat puchhni thi. Sauerkraut ke maine jitne bhi videos dekha sabmein ye imp bataya ke vegetable poori tarah se water mein doobi rahe, usme mold ka khatra bht zyada rahta hai kyuki paani nahi rahta zyada. Ham Sauerkraut ko indian style fermentation kyu nahi kar sakte jaise ke dhoop mein rakh ke kaanji banti hai, Sauerkraut kyu nahi ban sakti waise ???

    Hi thanks for your video. I made Kanji of beetroot and carrot. Today I saw white mold. I have filtered the kanji to get rid of white mold and kept in fridge. But carrot and beetroot is not cooked and hard. Will it eatable after 3 days if kept on fridge?
    I think I mixed too much salt that’s why got white stuff

      yes you can use fermented water. carbohydrate rich veg ferment slow like carrot, mooli, Gobhi

    फरमेन्ट सब्जी या फल को अपने खाने के लिए कितने बड़े पात्र में रखे फरमेन्ट होने के लिए। फरमेन्ट सब्जी या फल को खाने से क्या फायदा होता है। कितना खाना चाहिए,व कितने समय में फरमेन्ट होता है। पानी कौन सा लेना चाहिए। दिल्ली में क्लोरीन (treated) पानी ही मिलता है। कृपया बताएं /मार्गदर्शन करें आपका आभार होगा।

      It’s safe but you can dispose off. If this is liquid fermentation then make sure alll ingredients are merge in the water

      not possible until you add any thing to kill the bacteria that you don't want. Temporary you can use ice
