Ciao! Quello che monto nel video è con catalizzatore (e parafiamma) ma senza db-killer esterno. Adesso ho tolto il raccordo catalizzato, che ha anche il parafiamma, e presto farò un video.
@@jopaco85 Maybe, but then I won't enjoy the bike to its full potential :D (I don't ride fast with a pillon anymore after a bad crash I had 3 years ago)
Had a 1200R monster, but thinking to get a 821. With a 1200 it's just using 2 and 3 gear all the time, gets boring =) what are your thoughts? Nice video!
I agree, I think a smaller displacement is more enjoyable on the road. I've thought about the 821 many times. But I'll stick with this one as I sometimes go to track days.
Hi, I am thinking about buying a motorcycle, I did not drive 5 years, I am interested in the ducati monster 821 or 1200 s, before that I rode the ktm duke 690, triumph street triple r, I like the 1200s more but I do not know if it is too strong, I live in NY and I need a motorcycle to travel to work?
I honestly suggest the 821. I found out that the 1200 only makes sense if you go to the track, I can’t enjoy it fully on the road and in traffic the heat becomes unbearable. If I didn’t go to track days sometimes I would revert to the 821. Hope this helps 😊
Absolutely love your videos ! Where do you install the microphone to have such a great sound ? 😉 And what are your thoughts on the monster compared to your previous CB1000R ? Take care 😉
Hi! I keep the microphone in a pouch behind my back. I have a video tutorial on the settings. About the Monster and the CB... They are both incredible bikes, I loved them both. I just tested the Honda but it was fantastic. I think it comes to aesthetics, love for the brand (Ducati in my case) and choice between the type of engine.
@@Axe991 Everywhere I read about the normal and the S version of the bike it tells me that only the S has the LED daytime running light. Does yours also have them? Because the pictures of the normal version all clearly show LEDs.
There are LEDs on both. On the normal version they work together with the normal headlight. On the S version they are daytime running lights (DRL), meaning that when there is a lot of ambient light, only the LEDs are on and they are much brighter than on the normal version. If it gets night (or you go in a tunnel) the LEDs dim and the headlight turns on you probably can see it on a lot of cars
@@Axe991 That sounds a bit like if it would only be a Software option and one could eventually flash the functionality of the S. Thank you for the explanation. I don't understand Ducatis decision to divide those two models with this feature but so it is. I'm going to testdrive the non S version on friday if the weather plays along.
I think it’s also a hardware thing, because the electrical specs of the headlight system of the two bikes are different (12 vs 13 LEDs if I remember correctly, and different wattage). I think they wanted to make the S even more exclusive
Fantastic video and pace for this road but the jackwagon that passes you at 6:16 needs to relax. It's not a race. NO one is riding slow. What's his point?
Eh, I let him though. Sometimes I also don’t like following some other bikes, even if we have the same pace, if I don’t like their lines. He was a nice old guy from what I recall 😊
amazing streets and amazing sound!
Thanks! 😊
Great roads, beautiful sound. Nice!
Ducati, best twins no questions
Totally agree!
Great great sound👌🏼👌🏼
Ciao volevo chiederti lo scarico che monti sc1-r monta kat? Ed è con o senza db killer? Grazie in anticipo

Normal 1200? Does it comes standard with a quick shifter? Only up? Nice dude! Grts
The sound good, the look good and they make you feel good. What more do you want from a bike.
I cannot think of anything else
@@Axe991 maybe a nice chicky babe riding pillion 😁

Why in the end did you choose the monster 1200 over the cb1000r? I'm curious🙂
I loved the Honda, but I’ve loved for years now the low rev torque of the v-twin
I also have the H2n, would like to know the microphone placement and settings. thanks
Hi! I made a video just for that, with placement and settings 😊

@@Axe991 how has the reliability been so far on the Ducati? I’m worried the bike might leave me stranded in Timbuktu since I ride a lot.
😍😍😍😍istt
Magnifico!
Grazie 😊
If everything goes well I'll get one myself this year. Really looking forward to that! =)
Fingers crossed then!

0:51 hahaha great
What's your exhaust ?
Really great
Sc-project sc1-r, I have a video of it
Meglio l' M1200 o l' M620? 😂
Ovviamente la 620. Che domande...
Che strada è? Figata pazzesca 😀
Devo ammettere di non ricordarlo... Da qualche parte nel Lazio mi pare
Non è una moto... È un aereo cazzo!
Eh si, un caccia!
