I can't fold mind, but now I can fold it by follow video instruction. Thanks

When unfolding my Cruiser the pin would not seat but stepping on the deck and pushing forward on the handlebars a bit solved that problem, so thanks.

The pin keeps popping out from one side (won’t stay all the way in). I’ve loosen the bushing plate, but it still does the same. Any tip? Replace the plate? Pin, or should I apply pressure in a direction before I tighten those silver plates?

Hey there, whether it's for the Cruiser or Touring, a trick we find often helps in folding and unfolding scooters is applying a little forward pressure on the stem to give it some slack while attempting to lower that latch (for the Touring) or pull out the S-knob (for the Cruiser).
If you are having a spot of trouble in any case, though, feel free to reach out to us at support@voromotors.com where our technical support team would be happy to help!

The S Pin on my Cruiser is waaaaaaaaaay too tight. I damn near break my hand every time I try to fold it and as of right now it's officially stuck in the open position.
Would SLIGHTLY loosening the hex screws around it help? Just a little, I don't want it coming apart on me lol

I’m noticing lots of creaking and ratting on my cruiser even after tightening screws. I just got it a week ago. Any advice? (I will try the silicone spray for the creaks but what about the rattles? Sounds like it’s inside the bottom of the front spring shocks)

Fancy Pants same here and no screws are loose. I wonder if its just normal? I’ve put about 20 miles on it with no major issues.

Sorabh weird right? I think there are some metal shavings inside the frame. It sounds like something is rattling inside either in the front forks or in the base. Perhaps both

Fancy Pants I just assumed it was the front shocks but not 100% sure. Could be anything really. It only happens once i hit about 8mph or higher.

I had similar issues until I ditched my kickstand. Now I've got my 2nd flat in a month & my folding mech is stuck except theres no rubber stopper, just 2 small coils but ones disconnected, smh

I found out the problem. There is an inner metal sleeve between the two bearings on the front wheel. It probably wasn’t cut to size properly. So, every time I hit bumps in the road, it rattles against the pin that goes through the wheel which attaches to the forks.

I tried the folding mechanism shown here for touring. Still not working. I have to use foot everytime. Unfolding is easy though.
