Here's my perspective as someone with Eating Disorder: please don't fat shame someone. It can cause Eating Disorder. Some people say "Why can't you just eat? It's not that hard!". Well here's a simple answer: starving is addictive. And Eating Disorder can cause problems from minor ones like unable to keep balance or fainting. Then major onws like cardiac arrest or even worse, death.
