Really loved the San Francisco track 5:25 as a child, but the Paris one 55:13 was always a pain. Thanks for sharing this great speedrun! (Never knew it had a hidden co-op mode 😂)
Oh, ye know its gonna be epic with those incredible tunes fading in at the start! This game truly has some awesome music. I can really recommend a trip over to OcRemix if you want some more/different takes on it =)

With 2 players i don't have to wait the computer (this game is obligatory in split screen, and with the computer i waste time waiting it to finish the race)
The second player nudges the other car with its nitrous, giving the winning car effectively more boost than with 1P alone. My brother and I played this game a lot, and we worked out an Action Replay code that gave non-stop turbo... it was great fun!
TAS is like: I give you both the perfect run and the unique POV + Bashing. What an incredible experience: unique shots provided! am so impressed :D But besides that: why? What is TAS doing?

Literalmente dá pra perceber que quando um jogador espera na grama a gente vê que ele tá com problema no câmbio da marcha, pq ele fica trocando constantemente as marchas mesmo parado
Tá bem simples de entender por causa dos programas do jogo... A corrida acaba de 3 formas: 1 - quando os dois players cruzam à linha de chegada; 2 - quando o 10th cruza à linha de chegada (dá Race Over); 3 - Quando o combustível do player que não cruzou à linha de chegada já acabou em algum determinado momento da corrida; Então usando 2 players ele não precisa ficar esperando o Computer! E outra: Viu só como eles se ajudam durante a corrida?! Enquanto um carro solta Nitro vai empurrando o outro... E também o conceito de posições contrárias... A gente larga na posição contrária que terminou a corrida anterior! Ficou em 1st, larga em 20th... Ficou em 2nd, larga em 19th, e assim vai! Reparou como um dos dois sempre larga em primeiro?! Isso ajuda demais!

Remember playing this in my teen years. The presteigousness of the red car from a player 2 perspective.
I did not know Top Gear has 2-player coop mode. Back in the days we just race against each other.

É um TAS, ele brinca cada movimento frame por frame no jogo.
Isso pra mim é tipo um hack, estranho q passa em cima das pedras e n diminui a velocidade do carro

Jogar pra zerar em menos tempo, nada além disso. Se tiver perguntando pq tá jogando com 2 players, é pq ele consegue chegar no final antes da CPU.
