- The Beatles' 1970 film "Let it Be" - directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg - has been fully restored by Peter Jackson’s Team at Park Road Post Production for the first time, and is released on May 8th, streaming only on @DisneyPlus.

1970??
I watched the "Let It Be" in 1970, still impacted by the famous Beatles dissolution. Since then, I have bought or purchased in some way, everything that exists about the Beatles. I am proud to have multiple takes of each of the songs. And a collection of over 10,000 photos of the boys. That is, today I am ill for the Beatles. And of course, I'm going to watch the movie once again. I watched help, much more than fifty times. And everything else. My daughter's name is Beatlis. And I have a blog www.beatlis.blogspot.com.br with "All My Loving".

Back in the late 70s and 80s, there used to be Beatle movies marathons shown in art houses. I’d go to the Rialto theater in Pasadena and watch hours of movies from Hard Days Night to Let It Be, including Yellow Submarine and concert footage. It was great.

Across the Universe is one of the most beautiful and nostalgic songs by The Beatles. I practically get goosebumps every time I hear it. Nobody has ever topped their talent and never will. I really miss them and how things were. 😞💔

This has my favorite version of “Let it Be” - simple, without choirs and horns, and with the beautiful lyric “There will be no sorrow”. I wish this version of the song would get an official release on CD or on one of the audio platforms.

My mom took me to see this and I cried silently the whole time. To see my favorite band like this before their actual breakup…beyond words but we knew it was the end. ❤❤❤❤😢

@@neldinsky Because Paul has never permitted the original to be released due to the way it showed the infighting amongst the band members. Hopefully it will be released without edits.

It's beautiful to see my favorite band (and specifically “Let it be”) in this quality...
John Lennon is so inspirational as a lesson of looking at your mistakes and genuinely trying to be better. The man went from a person who hated everyone, to the point of attacking his own wife, to an international symbol of hope and peace who really tried to make the world a better place. That's why I think it's okay to like Lennon, because he wanted to be better, he wanted to help people, and he did. It really makes you wonder what he could have done had he not been taken away from us when he was. Truly an extraordinary person.
Oh yeah, he also wrote Strawberry Fields Forever, In My Life, Dear Prudence, Hey Bulldog, Happiness is a Warm Gun, Help!, Free as a Bird, Jealous Guy, I am the Walrus, Across the Universe, Tomorrow Never Knows, Imagine, and A Day in the Fucking Life so reguardless I think he's a pretty cool guy

I saw the Beatles in Seattle in 1966! A thrill to see my very greatest concert at age 17. I’m 74 now.
That also means a complete overhaul of the rooftop concert!

I love Ringo. Throughout his career he laid done unique beats and his cymbal action rocks. His triples are very distinct. Just a great rock roll drummer.

I saw Julian live in Austin Texas in 1985 and shouted 'all-RIGHT!' after one of his songs like John did at the end of the Beatles Revolution song. He pointed out in my general area and responded 'YEAH' with a drawn out break in his voice like his Dad had
