    But I can't leave w/o mentioning that my favorite part of melon is the innards [seeds & strings]. Try making a refreshing melon horchata. Pati Jinich has a simple & delicious recipe.

    You should've cut the melon in half long ways so that it's easier to get a more even cut on your dice. I've had to process wayy to much damn fruit in my lifetime
