- This is a focus on Gibbs and his feelings and conflicts in Season 16. Pedro Hernandez, Ziva, Rule 10. Main focus on 16x13, 16x23, and 16x24. I made this in one night because I was having major Gibbs feelings after re-watching the last two episodes.

I feel like NO ONE has noticed how sad Gibbs past is, and that's why he made the rules. I LOVE how Mark Harmon played Gibbs because of how well he put the emotion into Gibbs. Also how he wrote his character, being one of the producers and doing AMAZING acts like this is just incredible! I'm getting red and black USMC hoodies for Gibbs, the way Mark Harmon plays Gibbs makes me realize how much I love the marines and how much I want to be one. He says that for 30 years nobody knew. But Abby, Vance, Allison Hart, Mike Franks and Ducky know that Gibbs killed Pedro Hernandez after season 7 and 8 with the Reynosa's, Abby's report, Colonel Bell etc. Bit of an inconsistency here.....

So, this episode was only possible because all the members of the team left (not counting Ducky) didn't know it yet.

I love Gibbs. Poor man, lost his family. Hope he had another kid.
I never really understood the scene where he confesses to his team about killing the man who killed his family and the best way to keep a secret. I never felt it was a secret. Too many people knew and could connect the dots. Who did he tell as (best way was to keep to yourself and 2nd best one person, and there was no 3rd best) before that he says he only told one person, so was it different the people who speculated and never confronted him directly? Because Mike Franks was the one who knew, (ends in death?) Ducky and Jenny (ends in death?) assumed, Abby knew based on the gun evidence on the case she was looking into and asked Gibbs and his answer was to do what she felt she had to. (But he never said it out loud)., Vance shredded the file on Hernandez that Abby gave to him. Did he confess to Jack? They all suspected he was the one who killed the guy who was the cause of the HnR of Torres, when they were convinced, his gf didn't do it and Bishop swore she didn't do it when Gibbs left, they suspected he did it so Bishop wouldn't have to, so how could they be upset when learning of his wife killing Pedro who would be much more personal than Bishop and Torres. Yet the team appears shocked and disappointed. When he confessed to it? Also he said he had to burn rule 10, not only because of what Bishop said, but seasons earlier when Tony called him on it.
