I used to travel every year since I was 5 months old and loved flying around but after Covid haven’t traveled anywhere, found this channel about 3 weeks ago and idk how I finished watching every single one of his videos all 47 of them I have way too much free time
Oman Air and sultanate of Oman itself is so underrated, used to use them all the time to fly back home to Nepal from London. Unfortunately Oman Air now use their low cost subsidiary Salam Air to fly to Kathmandu from Muscat which kind of puts me off using them.
Sorry to hear that, I do wish that they had more routes, especially to North America since I think ultra-long haul would be where this seat really shines.

Some Middle eastern airlines send their low cost subsidiary airline from their hub to Kathmandu since the world opened up after the COVID 19 ok pandemic - Etihad with Air Arabia, Emirates with Fly Dubai. And yes I think Oman Air will continue to expand their fleet, especially with this introduction to the one world alliance. So perhaps the ultra long haul days of Oman Air is coming, and I for one am all for it!

I startled one of my co-workers as I literally yelled out, "YES!" upon seeing that there was a new Vicarious Voyager video alert on my Notifications. I offered to pay for the cleaning service for my co-worker since she spat up a bit of coffee when startled. But since we wear hospital scrubs, she had an extra set in her locker and deemed it unnecessary for the laundry service. I offered to pay for another hot caffeinated beverage to which she gladly agreed.
Condolences for your mom. I don’t want to say that you lost her. Although she isn’t physically with you, know that you carry her lessons and legacy with you every day. She is very proud of you.
That Munich Lufthansa Senator lounge is truly excellent IMHO. I’ve visited it twice. Outstanding service, food and amenities. Great video as usual. That Nautilus Kiwi Sav is an excellent example BTW and great value in comparison to a few offerings from other countries. Cheers from AKL, NZL.

Welcome back😊. Recognised the "hidden" checkin counter. That was where SAA was located when they still flew to Munic🇿🇦. Great video and now that our 3 sons work in Riyadh will surely look at using Oman to get there👍
I have watched you from the first video you posted. I must say you have developed into a very adequate travel blogger. No, you’re really great and I love your honest and blunt commentary. I would trust you over several of the other video bloggers. 😂❤
this was really neat to see. i will say this about the fish. i can understand if it was a bit dry. there is a greater risk of foodborne illness in undercooked fish, so i can forgive that, generally. also, in flight wifi, i have always found it iffy at best. these days, devices usually have more than enough storage to download content for a flight, and the in flight entertainment is also usually sufficient. also the fact that depending on the plane , the bandwidth of the connection is being used by 100 people. thats usually enough to make it crawl to a snails pace

During the boycott of Qatar in the late teens, I had to fly from Los Angeles to Doha to Muscat on Qatar Airways and from Muscat to Jeddah on Oman Air. Business class on a 787-8. Reversed on the return 10 weeks later. The service on this 6 hour flight looks great, but I don’t know how you found the time to sleep as well eat that food! I’m pretty certain I wouldn’t able to sleep being boxed in from about the knees up - far too claustrophobic with the wall and the window. The aisle seat looks much more open and spacious and it’s staggered from across the aisle.
Im never gonna fly these, but i just like these videos, they're so objective and well done. They give such an honest and objective view of the airlines and airports you feel like its actually gonna help you make decisions.
I dont think that there is a better advertising than an honest video like this! Now I want to fly with them and go to Oman! :))) And its raining in my mouth after all the food in the video! :))) Thank you for all of this!
I actually loved that lounge in Muscat. As busy as the decor is, it also looks like a place I could relax in. All those curves appear very soothing to me. BTW, I have an art degree from a respected University, and I believe I understand the what the architect of that lounge was thinking. Would I want that inside my house? No. But I'd love a backyard and patio like that.
I usually speed through adds, but for some reason i watched yours today and heard you say your mom dxxd a year ago. I'm so sorry for you and your Dad's loss..I hope that you all are some small solace to each other.
I noticed we have the same toothbrush. I set my timer on my Philips DiamondClean Prestige 9900 toothbrush for 3 minutes. I felt that 2 minutes was too short, and 4 minutes was too long. 3 minutes is a happy median.
