I prefer golden stars because they help level your metabolism skill. I also keep propitals and pop them after a fight or during a fight. I typically pre pop my goldenstar at the beginning of the raid and use props as I need more pks.

i get around the hydration issues of spamming my pain meds by carrying two super waters with me at all times. far more cost effective than golden stars or propitals
They seriously need to do something to this meta, its kinda fukken silly. Whats even the point of getting a limb blacked out when everyone is running around on painkillers 24/7, and you put yourself in severe disadvantage if you dont do it.
I think all they have to do is just make it so that the effects of blacked out limbs don't apply immediately on limb loss so people who don't pre-pop aren't at a disadvantage and still retaining the function of painkillers.
I've been using a propital almost every raid but only because I don't like healing 7 times in a row because I got 5 damage on all limbs. Also, you can mix propital and adrenaline for the big time healing without having to pay for green stims.
Let me trow a spark of the fast healing OCD. I carry Ibuprofen and med prefight. I carry 3 etgs and only use them in case of major injury and use cms while healing. I also carry 1 MULE in case of stacked with loot toghether with 2 SJ6s and 1 zagustin in case of multiple bleeding during fight.
Vaseline as a pk and props in the injector case. Vase makes it so you can still run if caught out in the open and you run through a pesky trip wire trying to get to safety.
Pre-paining is definitely the meta at the moment, as unfortunate as it is. You can win most fights, even if caught off-guard, by pre-paining because the benefits simply outweigh their cost in my opinion.
I can recall a time golden star has saved my life with the metabolism mulitple times i would have ran out of water and hunger and i used 5 uses of golden star and i got out of raid with like 4 mill of stuff
I always have Vaseline in my pocket and I spam that the whole raid with another full Vaseline in my gamma. Always have a water bottle and iskra in my bag too. 1 Stim case with almost the same setup for those minor damages.
since beginning of wipe when i unlock flea i use golden star to quickly level up metabolism to elite level and of course i leave 1 use later on to turn it into 7 propitals. after all i prefer to use ibuprofen since it does take only hydration so i have to worry about water instead of food and water like while using golden star. Most of the time i am on painkillers so i use propital only when i have to, lets say when i am wounded but gotta loot for example or reload mags and there is not much time. Thats my strategy and i believe its the best for me
I keep 3 propitals in my injectors case as a fallback for a quick stim or just have one hotkey'd in my rig, while my pre-pk is goldenstar at the start of raid and during, if I have the means to get it off.
i just pop propitals cuz ik in a fight ill probably get a light bleed which with my current vitality means i can just leave the bleed alone and it will stop on its own while the propital heals me not to mention at max metabolism it also adds another 120s of buffs on top of the 240s with little to no debuffs, plus early wipe i would alternate ibuprofens and goldenstars to 1 use and make a butt load of propitals
@slickumss you probably play this game for hours at a time. In one day you could craft enough prop to last you the whole wipe but you'd rather buy them and then turn around and complain about the price
I keep adrenaline in my rig to pop on a right with a morph( if i need more time quickly) 2 props, 1etg, 1 mule, 3sj6 on my injectors and always have a random half empty Vaseline i looted from someone if i ever wanna pre med when im feeling sus

I use stars becuase they can be turned into stims with one use left.
I would rather just buy the propitals honestly.

I usually run 3 propitals in my injectors, 2 perfertans for bleeds and passive healing, 1 sj6, 1 etg and 2 mules
I stopped using adrenaline completely and just run pain meds permanently, star palm and pills then turn them into stims when they have one charge.
The only good part about pre paining is it helps metabolism. My friends get max metabolism way before me and I never pre med I always post med.
I get max metabolism fast by just eating everything I can in raid.

I run exclusively propital and blue blood in the stim case.

I carry two injector cases, and I also put one propital and one adrenaline into a hotkeyed slot, because I'm craaaaaazy. ;)
